1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Plane OS (operated by Seren Digital Pty Ltd, ABN pending), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

2. Description of service

Plane OS provides an AI-powered phone receptionist for Australian construction businesses. The service answers incoming calls on your behalf, qualifies leads through conversation, and sends you a summary via SMS and email. The service is designed to supplement — not replace — your own business communications.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business in Australia to use Plane OS. By signing up, you represent that you have the authority to bind your business to these terms.

4. Account responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate business and contact information.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

5. Pricing and payment

Plane OS is offered at $297 AUD per month (inclusive of GST where applicable). Payment is processed by Stripe and billed monthly in advance.

  • Prices may change with 30 days’ written notice.
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.
  • No refunds are provided for partial months of service.

6. AI service limitations

Plane OS uses artificial intelligence to handle phone calls. You acknowledge that:

  • AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate. Plane OS is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise).
  • Call handling quality depends on factors including caller audio quality, accent, and background noise.
  • The service may experience occasional downtime for maintenance or due to third-party provider issues.
  • We continuously improve the AI but do not guarantee specific lead conversion rates or business outcomes.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Plane OS to:

  • Conduct illegal activities or facilitate fraud.
  • Harass, threaten, or deceive callers.
  • Misrepresent the AI as a human receptionist in jurisdictions where disclosure is required.
  • Exceed reasonable call volumes designed to abuse the service.
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the service.

8. Data and privacy

Your use of Plane OS is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data and the data of your callers.

9. Intellectual property

All content, software, and branding associated with Plane OS are owned by Seren Digital Pty Ltd. You retain ownership of your business data and call records. We do not claim ownership of your content.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Plane OS is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue, missed leads, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms with reasonable notice.
  • Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless you request earlier removal.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Dispute resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to mediation in Sydney, New South Wales, before either party may commence court proceedings.
